Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Tanjungpinang Municipality 2023

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and level of consumer satisfaction on BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented by Directorate of Statistical Dissemination through the Sub-directorate of Statistical Reference since 2005. In 2023, BPS hold SKD at BPS, Provincial BPS and Regency/Municipality BPS. Results of 2023 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing consumer characteristics analysis, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, service unit performance analysis, and anti-corruption perception analysis. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). This publication was made possible thanks to good cooperation between related work units. We do hope that this publication will be useful in improving data quality and BPS service performance. We really hope for constructive suggestions and input for future improvements.
