Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the organizers of thepublic services that provide data and statistical information, alwaystrying to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS hasorganizes SKM routinely every year which is integrated intoin the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims toget a level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, as well asaims to identify data needs and satisfaction levelsconsumers on the quality of data produced by BPS.
