Data Needs Survey Analysis BPS-Statistics of Tanjungpinang Municipality 2021

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey organized by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD is carried out by the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination through the Statistical Referral Sub-Directorate since 2005. In 2021, BPS again held SKD in BPS, Provincial BPS, and BPS Regency/Municipality.SKD 2021 results are presented in the form of publications containing consumer characteristic analysis, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, service unit performance analysis, and anti-corruption perception analysis. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
