Abstract

BPS held Survey of Data Needed (SKD) in 2020. The results of SKD 2020 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, performance analysis of service units, and analysis of anti-corruption perceptions. The analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of Consumer Satisfaction Index (CPI).
