Human Development Index and Gender Development Index of Tanjungpinang Municipality 2020

Human Development Index and The Gender Development Index of Tanjungpinang City 2020 publication is one of the efforts of BPS Tanjungpinang Municipality in fulfilling the wishes of data consumers. This publication presents figures of Human Development Index and Gender Development Index of Tanjungpinang City which is measured from three dimensions, namely: long life and healthy living, knowledge and decent living standards. HDI is used as the basis for evaluating successful implementation of human resource development, especially related to health problems, education, and economic conditions seen from the purchasing power of the population. IPG is used as an evaluation material to look at gender equality development. This publication contains an explanation of several aspects related to HDI, IPG and the results of the calculation of HDI, IPG Tanjungpinang Municipality and its components, as well as comparison with other districts/cities in Kepulauan Riau.
